Requirements
you must know ftp and html... i don't have time to teach it to you
you must update your site at least once every 2 weeks
you must have very good graphics, and they must be made by you
your current site must be open
no porn, racism, bashing, etc
no huge files like .psd or .zip
you cannot upload media files like wav's or mp3's
you must be able to move in within a few weeks (3 at most)
if accepted, you must show stand-in-the-rain.net as your host,if not, you'll be deleted
if you go on hiatus, let me know
